Refund policy

We want every party to go well. If something isn't right, tell us and we'll fix it.

Digital downloads
Digital files can't be returned once they've been downloaded, so we don't offer refunds on digital products just because you've changed your mind. If your file won't open, is missing pages or isn't what we described, email us with your order number and we'll send a working file or refund you in full.

Printed & delivered packs
- Damaged, misprinted or incomplete? Email us with your order number and a photo, ideally within 7 days of delivery. We'll reprint and resend it free of charge, or refund you in full. Your choice.
- Changed your mind before we print? We print within 2 working days of your order. Cancel before printing and we'll refund you in full.
- Changed your mind after delivery? Return the pack unused and in its original condition within 7 days of delivery and we'll refund the price you paid. Return delivery is for your account.

Nothing in this policy affects your rights under the Consumer Protection Act or the Electronic Communications and Transactions Act.

How to ask for a refund
Email hello@theoccasionalstore.co.za with your order number. Approved refunds go back to your original payment method within 10 working days.
